I wasn’t on hiatus or anything, I was just uber busy. This week is deadlines week and everyone’s cramming and rushing to get their articles done and presentations rehearsed. The past week was such a blur. The only event that’s sticking to my mind right now is my group’s official photoshoot at the Esplanade. A friend of ours was gracious enough to help us out with the phototaking. I’ve uploaded lotsa pics from our photoshoot…mostly because I look unbelievably good in them, even the candid ones….and to compensate for my lack of ‘action’ last week. I’m so tired. I haven’t even recovered from the flu I was suffering from since Christmas eve. But now, an intense twitching on my right eyelid has replaced the constant sniffles. Great, pasmado na ang mata ko from staring at the computer screen practically 24 hours a day minus the times I’m asleep or travelling.

I had work this weekend and I apologize for not being able to take pictures of Underwater World. I was busy trying to get some rest while at work. Yeah, sleep standing up and with my eyes open. The only consolation I had while at work was being named as ‘The Hottest New Thing in Months’ to work at UWS. Apparently some of the staff think I’m pretty hot. That should perk me up for the next few days until someone pokes my overly swelled up head and bring me back to reality.

Reality of deadlines coming up. I shall be optimistic and look forward to Monday, where all this will be over and on Tuesday, where I’m scheduled for my massage. I deserve all that indulgence after all these sleepless nights and dark circles under my eyes. 

I wasn’t spared the bad luck on Friday the 13th. I tripped on the stairs at home on my way to school. I tripped on the stairs (again) after the photoshoot at the Esplanade..this time I fell on my knees and hands. No scratches or cuts, thank God. And then I fell off the stool during our celebration dinner. My string of bad luck ran overtime. Last night (Sunday), I ran out of paper for printing and I had a project due today (Monday). My mom managed to dig up some paper from the store room and she pretty much saved my ass.

I also managed to catch In Her Shoes with mom last week. It was a treat from her. She claims we both need a break. I loved the movie. It has parts where I teared up. But I was adoring all the shoes in the fim more. I would give my appendix for a collection like that.

And I’ve been watching a lot of Gulong ng Palad because I find TJ Trinidad good looking enough to watch. That’s the only time I allow myself TV time or else I won’t be able my projects since the soap block on TFC ends pretty late. I also can’t wait for PBB Celebrity Edition. I wonder if Osang will be there. I’ve heard rumours that she auditioned or something.
