Saturday, January 21, 2006I’ve updated my University photo album There’s a pic of Z and me in front of a Bentley! Bentleys cost millions of dollars and they are like made to order. We saw one parked in our school grounds and we just had to take a photo. The rest of the pics are our presentation yesterday.
Finally, my deadlines are almost over! I think I made the right decision in taking today off to rest and relax after a whole week of sleepless nights. The semester is almost over and I can’t wait to take a break. Hopefully I get to go out of the country for a short vacation somewhere…. It’s becoming really boring here. Mom and I were just talking about the food in the Philippines and how it would be nice to go for a short visit again. Hopefully my new class sched will allow me to go on a vacation. *fingers crossed
Nic called last night after such a long time. I’ve been busy with school the past weeks and I haven’t called him nor Rikki. Anyway, he tells me that he broke up with his girlfriend. Honestly? I so happy. Ever since he got together with his possesive girlfriend, Rik and I have not seen him without her tagging along….wait…we haven’t seen him at all! Cuz he’s always saying she practically wants to spend every waking hour together. Geez, some girls could be so clingy. He’s still pretty heartbroken now but I hope things would be much better without her around. I remember the times when Nic would call me just to let off some steam or complain or cry that she’s not being understanding. Really, there’s a point where enough is enough!
I’m becoming addicted to Gulong ng Palad. Cherie Gil is the best antagonist ever! I love love love her. My mom saw her once here in Singapore, they were shopping at Lacoste. Mom said she’s really nice in person though not as tall as she expected her to be. Aren’t all the people you see on screen usually shorter in person? Back to Gulong, I like it better than the other soaps cuz it’s more fast paced. Hopefully it stays that way, if it becomes too draggy like Mga Anghel…, I’m definitely gonna lose interest in it, just like I did with Anghel.
