It’s almost Christmas!
Tuesday, November 29, 2005My coursemates decided to organize a Christmas Gift Exchange among ourselves. There's a Wishlist they are going to pass around and each of us are entitled to 3 gifts we would like for Christmas. Sounds exciting but the only thing I'm kinda concerned about is the price. Our budget is only between $20-$25. I think it's kinda low. Well, I don't know about them but for me it really is kinda low. But we have to be considerate to those who are on a tight budget.
Sad, this holiday season, I have no choice but to spend it here in Singapore because of my sucky class schedule. We don't even get any Christmas break! But some of my friends have plans nonetheless, one is going to Bangkok for a few days and one is going to KL I think. While I'm stuck here in Singapore. Maybe it isn't too bad, but given the choice, I'd rather spend the holidays in the Philippines or in some other country. The past Christmas I was here but the one before that I spent it in the Philippines and the one before that I was in California. Two years in a row I'm spending Christmas in a country which don't celebrate the occasion. Sounds sooo fun…
I predict that this is going to be a slow and unproductive week. First, I didn't exercise at all. Second, I didn't have any classes today and on Friday as well. But at least on Friday I'll be out for Charlie's birthday celebration. I was supposed to go club with my chica Kamariah on her birthday night but I had to back out last minute cuz my mom needed extra help for my cousin's birthday party she was organizing the following day. Aaaarrggghh!!! I need to dance!
ZoukOut, the most anticipated event of the year is almost here! As well as Pinoy Big Brother's last episode. Isn't it ironic? They fall on the same night, as if asking me to choose between the two. I plan to watch PBB first and then go to ZoukOut. That is, if I ever go to ZoukOut at all. Rikki called to say that he might need to go book back in to do his guard duty on ZoukOut night. And I am not going without Rikki. Gosh, someone out there does not want me to go to ZoukOut.
